Youth Connection Charter School (YCCS) complies with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 ILCS 140, by responding to all public records requests. Requests must include the requester’s name, contact information, and a detailed description of the documents being sought.

& Procedures
We are committed to transparency, accountability, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Our policies and procedures are guided by a strong Code of Conduct, a Non-Discrimination Statement that affirms equity for all students and staff, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency across our programs. Families and stakeholders may also reference our comprehensive Student Handbook for expectations, rights, and responsibilities. In addition, financial and compliance reports are made available to demonstrate fiscal responsibility and alignment with state and federal requirements. All documents are attached below for download.
Attend a Board Meeting
Community members, parents, and partners are welcome to attend Youth Connection Charter School Board meetings. To register your attendance, please complete our short online form in advance. The form allows us to prepare appropriately and ensure that you receive meeting details, including the agenda and access information. Simply fill in your name and contact information, then submit the form prior to the meeting date.
